SERVICES
PLANNING
We emphasize preplanning as a means of reducing costs and increasing safety. By determining optimum deployment and scheduling of lifting and rigging resources, we can contribute significantly to the success of your project.

ENGINEERING
Our engineering department employs state-of-the-art 3D simulation to pinpoint appropriate crane capability, capacity and clearance. We create AutoCAD® files to show layouts with crane paths integrated into the jobsite.

RISK MANAGEMENT
Our holistic approach to risk management enables us to identify a broad spectrum of potential risks and exposures, and to propose effective means of mitigating hazards to personnel and objects in the work zone and swing radius.

SAFETY
Backed by strong management commitment and involvement in all operations, our safety culture is based on ongoing employee training and active participation. We have modeled our program on the company that provided Ms. Burke’s key construction experience, which continues to build on its record of more than 400,000 hours without a recordable incident.

COMPANY PROFILE
Incorporated in fall 2009, Vertical Constructors, Inc. offers a safety-driven turnkey rental service, from project planning to client sign-off. During our launch period, we have made arrangements to subcontract a portion of our work to trusted suppliers who share our safety culture, under the direct supervision of President/Owner Bryn Burke. In her previous position as project manager for Mr. Crane, Ms. Burke worked closely with leading construction companies, including Swinerton, Webcor and Reyes Construction.
